Housing Transitions provides shelter, guidance and hope to Centre County residents facing a housing crisis. Centre House is the only homeless shelter in Centre County that is open 24/7 for men, women, and children with their families. Additional services include supportive housing, rapid rehousing and homelessness prevention. Housing Transitions is now a coordinated entry access site for anyone experiencing homelessness in Centre County.
