State College Community Land Trust

The mission of State College Community Land Trust (SCCLT) is creating and stewarding permanently affordable, energy-efficient homes for low- and middle-income individuals and families. SCCLT helps income-qualified first-time homebuyers purchase affordable homes in the State College Borough. Our goal is to enhance the character, vibrancy, and diversity of the Borough by answering the ever-increasing need for affordable housing and homeownership opportunities.
