Harris Township Community Service Association

HTCSA operates and maintains the historic Lions Community Building located at 130 S Academy Street in Boalsburg. Built ~1890, the facility serves as a meeting place available to a variety of clubs, scouting units, neighborhood gatherings, and community service organizations.
