The Boalsburg Village Conservancy was founded to help in preserving the historical and cultural resources of the village and Harris Township and stimulate awareness of and interest in this area's historic past. Among other projects, the BVC supports the quality of life in Boalsburg through the preservation of the Hometown Christmas celebration and the commemoration of Memorial Day.
