It is the mission of the Bucktail Council to encourage youth to develop high moral character, good citizenship, leadership ability, self-reliance, and personal fitness within the five-county area that we serve: Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, and the western portion of Centre County. The values we strive to instill in young people prepare them to make ethical choices over their lifetime and are based on those found in the Scout Oath and Law.
