Friends of Holt Memorial Library

The Friends of the Holt Memorial Library (est. 1962) is a 100% volunteer-based organization. Our mission is to support the Holt Memorial Library (the Philipsburg branch of Centre County Library and Historical Museum) to enhance services so that library patrons continue to have the best possible library services and experience. Our most important purpose is to advocate for the library and enlighten the community on the programs, events and services offered, as well as the importance of the library in the community.
