PICCC’s mission is to enhance the economic vitality of our region through services including: Youth development through “Blueprint For Success” Career Camp; Grants Management for multi-county Homeland Security Task Forces, developing community readiness/preparation for disasters and managing other grants, partnerships, and community/business endeavors; and Support for Non-Profits through contracted fiscal and management services.
